As I work in Industry, I felt the content was totally relevant now. I also appreciate the range of units selected. The range helped me prepare for the community sector. When studying I felt the course was extremely challenging as I struggled to manage work load and study. I wasn’t grasping the questions correctly and had many resubmits. This diploma was definitely a struggle and I thank the student co-ordinator for supporting those struggle moments.

Insightful for being in case managmentm, obtaining the foundational skills such as ethical & legal considerations when working with a diverse group of people. Implementation, and evaluation of support services to clients. My study experience was quite pleasant, the educators were throughly experienced, and appropriate support for each assignment, and learning materials.
