Why study this course

This program provides students with practical and job-ready financial skills. It will give them the specialist training to manage funds and investments in the complex world of markets, banks, laws, financial instruments and businesses. The program has a focus on applying these skills to real financial organisations, markets and instruments. Students will learn spreadsheet and programming skills alongside mathematical development of finance theories, stochastic analysis (which is used for modelling and pricing in finance - and an understanding of it is highly valued by industry), and focus on the flow of funds and control of risk.
