The courses are designed to get students to become familiar with Property Valuation aspect and there are lots of assignments are very practical and even fit in the real case senario

Good: Great environment and modern facilities in the city west campus. Plenty of activities and social club. Some of the subjects are great, however some of the material they teach are slightly different than the real world. Bad: Personally I found that there are few subjects in the degree are useless and couldn't benefit from it.
